Designed with a Purpose seeks to identify each individual's strengths for academic success. Through teaching learning strategies and building processing skills, students are better equipped for reading, math, science, social studies, study skills, and test preparation. Designed with a Purpose has experience working with students who have learning disabilities, dyslexia, ADHD, weak executive functioning, and anxiety. Reading intervention focuses on multi-sensory, direct instruction using an Orton-Gillingham method. Designed with a Purpose also consults with schools to evaluate and structure programs for students with disabilities and with parents as they navigate the IEP/504 process.
